Ms. Idalmy Director
"I feel passionately about working with children and giving each one the best possible start in life through education and nurturing. I love my job, as it gives me a great sense of achievement to see children develop in their own way. I also love creating fun experiences for children, giving them the opportunities which they may not have access to elsewhere. I feel proud that I can inspire each child by supporting them in their education and teaching them important skills for life, as well as broadening parents’ knowledge to help guide them along the way. I enjoy nurturing children to become more independent and find them truly inspiring to work with; they are so diverse and all develop differently."
Ms. Jacqui Senior Assistant
"You know, it takes a big heart to help shape little minds. Working at AJ's First Steps has been a rewarding experience and a true passion of mine. There is no better way to explain my motivations. Being in a stimulating, bright and colorful environment has allowed me to resurrect my creativity and bring out my inner child. Looking after children and teaching them the ways of the world gives me satisfaction beyond words. Everyday I'm excited to work. Being a part of their early beginnings and seeing them grow right before your eyes
is such an emotional joy... it's indescribable. I chose teaching because I love it. Being able to work with children and watch them grow right before your eyes is the most amazing thing in the world."
Mr. Victor Assistant
"If anyone knows me, they will undeniably know that I have a passion for kids. What does that mean? Passion is when you put more energy into something than is required. It is more than just enthusiasm or excitement. Passion is a desire that is materialized into action to put as much heart, mind body and soul into something as is possible. This is how I feel about children when I teach them, play with them, or simply interact with them at different levels. I learn so much from them that I am going to be a better father to my unborn daughter. Kids are precious, innocent human beings. They do not come into this world asking for anything. Their only desire is to be loved and cared for, no more, no less."
